Asia's largest business simulation for middle and high school students

The A*Business Simulation challenge was founded in 2011 with a history of 12 years. Over 60,000 students from high schools and international schools around China participate in this challenge. Within the ASDAN Business Simulation, students complete different activities including roadshow presentations, a trading challenge, and business operations delivered by a smart IT system simulating an online virtual marketplace. These activities provide students with a real experience of entrepreneurship as they manage different aspects of their business from product design and marketing to company operations and project management.

How To Qualify For National Finals：Top 60% of teams from regional rounds can advance to the All Star Business Simulation Semi-Finals, while teams who achieve gold, silver, and bronze awards from the regional rounds can advance straight to the WYEF National Finals.

Students can participate unlimited times during the semester.

Company Operations

The simulated business operations provides students with the opportunity to experiment with business strategies to grow their profit in a virtual marketplace.
Each company begins with the same initial cash to create a similar product and makes key decisions in areas such as employee hiring, pricing, production volume, inventory management, marketing, etc. Companies create their own set of strategies and aim to achieve the highest revenue within the simulated online marketplace.

Business Battle

Businesses need to learn to cope with multiple crises or challenges as they manage their business. During this Business Battle challenge, companies will need to respond to questions posed by their business competitors as they showcase and promote their business ideas. Within the business battle, companies need to remain poised and confident in giving their responses. Judges and teachers will select the final winning team based on the overall quality of the presentation given and the response given during the business battle.

Stock Exchange Challenge
(Online Competition)

One of the key financial strategies of companies is to grow their capital by engaging in the stock exchange market. Through the experience of a stock exchange, students will learn how to build critical decision-making skills under limited time conditions.
The ASDAN Stock Exchange Challenge is based on a simulation of the New York Stock Exchange market in the United States. Each company will receive a starting capital of $100,000 and need to trade different stocks on the market based on given market information. Every 60 seconds on the online stock exchange system simulates one day in the stock market.
